Responsibilities

RLT Support:
  • Assist in Support tickets at a Level 1 capacity.
    • Includes making sure tickets receive first response that their ticket is received and being looked into.
  • You may further assist by pushing tickets along if you see them sitting there unanswered. You need to follow up with L2+ engineers who can respond to the tickets themselves with the solution or update.
– DC Work:
  • This includes setting up new systems in the DC
  • Notify us of any packages you have opened and confirm where the contents are now located after you initially request from us where to store it.
  • Look out for any alarms/red lights when you attend your jobs in the cage.
  • All tasks regarding DC Work must be entered into DC JIRA Project and tracked accordingly, any tasks you create must have approval before working on it yourself.

Requirements

  • 3 years direct industry experience
  • Broad knowledge of core CS concepts
  • Focus on growing as an engineer, learning existing tools, resources and processes
  • Effective in communicating status to the team
  • Accepts feedback graciously and learns from everything they do

Responsibilities

The System Administrator (SA) is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.  This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.  This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, and partners.  This individual will assist project teams with technical issues in the initiation and planning phases.  Participation on projects is focused on smoothing the transition of projects from development staff to production staff by performing operations activities within the project life-cycle.  

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in similar role
  • Experience as a team lead
  • Data Center Experience
  • 2-3 years active Ansible, Chef or Puppet Experience
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team enabling them to meet their objectives by providing the appropriate tools, materials, and presentations
  • Working with entire team to define marketing materials and programs
  • Manage social media presences and communication strategies
  • Continuous analysis of the competition and consumer trends

Requirements

  • HubSpot Certified
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Past experience with JIRA/Atlassian Suite is a plus
