While there are plenty of good people online – people who want to use the Internet to better their lives and the lives of those around them – there’s also no shortage of less-reputable sorts. People interested in making money at any cost, victimizing others, or otherwise using this brilliant innovation in a duplicitous or abusive fashion.
At Root Level Tech, we’re here to provide our service, to connect our clients to the world around them. In order to do that properly, however, it’s imperative that we first weed out the bad eggs – that we avoid working with people who’d step on others just to make a few dollars.
Pornographers. Black Hat SEOs. Spammy email marketers. Scammers and lawbreakers. These are the kinds of people you’d never want to encounter online. They’re the kind of people who you’ll never see working with us, either.
The reason for this is simple: we believe in responsibility, accountability, and ethical conduct. The people and organizations we’ve described above…they don’t. They’re the types who will fill your inbox with half-truths and half-baked promises. The types who will try to talk you into half-baked, dishonest agreements where they’re the only ones who stand to benefit.
Doesn’t sound pleasant, does it?
The thing is, those clients often tend to pay pretty well, and consistently. Because of that, there are plenty of providers who turn a blind eye to that sort of abuse. Who cares if they work with scammers, so long as they’re not the ones who are being scammed?
We do. At Root Level Tech, we’ve always taken a great deal of pride in what we do – and one facet of that pride lies in ensuring that the people we work with have the same moral standards that we do. That they respect both the law and their fellow human beings.
